Cranberry-apple-walnut chutney Serves 10-12

Preparation time: less than 10 minutes
A sparkling accompaniment to any holiday feast, this festive chutney replaces the familiar cranberry sauce on your holiday table. Add more apple and celery and it becomes a salad the next day.
1 (14-15 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 large apple ~ Fuji or any kind EXCEPT “Delicious” variety
2-3 celery stalks, with leaves
¾ cup walnuts, broken
2 Tbsp. Cranberry-Pear balsamic vinegar
