Bucatini resembles a thick spaghetti but it has a hole in the middle of it, similar to a thin straw.  Garofalo's Bucatini has great structure with a lot of flavor and personality.  It needs to be used with strong, yet simple ingredients like cacio e pepe (Roman Sheep Herder's Pasta), carbonara, or amarticiana.  All are fairly simple but very flavorful and when tossed with this exceptional bucatini, you will feel like your in a Roman kitchen.
