This Athinolia variety is known for fragrance and fruity characteristics. This EVOO from Greece is buttery, creamy and has notes of pine nut. It has a very low bitterness with a nice lingering pungency that isn’t too overpowering. This is an early harvest example from Greece, harvested in early November. This variety typically matures slowly and is collected in late November to early December.
This mild EVOO is perfect for salad dressing, drizzled over fresh fruit or avocado toast, and used for dipping bread with one of our dipping blends.
