New York International Olive Oil Competition Silver Medal Winner!

This is a robust oil with strong pungency, fresh fruitiness, and nice bitterness (well balanced).  The aroma is tropical and of dark-green, dry herbs.  The fruitiness has a bit of ripe banana, but is dominated by green banana, green tea, and nettle.   The flavors together are quite complex.​

Pair this oil with leafy greens,  beans, spicy or meat sauces, stronger meats and firm fish. Great with smokey flavors, garlic and grilling.​
