This EVOO won Gold in the New York Olive Oil Competition.

This is a robust oil with a very strong,  herbal flavor, great balance and very high polyphenol count.  It has pleasant grassy and floral aromas. The fruit flavors are subtle, and the green herbal flavors give it quite a kick. Its specific flavor characteristics are mostly herbaceous, dominated by fresh cut grass, mint, cinnamon and black pepper.

This high phenolic oil is best used as a nutraceutical, in smoothies, bullet coffee, or just straight.  It pairs well with lamb, bold cheeses, or a nice rib-eye.  It stands up well to garlic and smokey flavors.
