Our Smoke Flavored Olive Oil is closest to the Hawaiian Kiawe, or Mesquite, which imparts a strong, defined flavor. 

The flavor of smoke flavored olive oil is commonly used in Hawaii for grilling pork and meats, hearty vegetables, and even pineapples and other fruits.

Use it in marinades or BBQ sauces to impart an umami flavor, over grilled fruits and vegetables, or add a dash to potato salad.  

Pairs well with chicken, steak, pork, fish, roasted nuts, rosemary, zucchini, carrots, potatoes, corn, peaches, tomatoes, capers, olives, scallops, and oysters.
