This made in Hawaii delicacy from Kahuku Farms is sweet, tangy and delicious.  It is made from fresh egg yolks, butter, and freshly picked Lilikoi (passion fruit) right on the farm.  This creamy butter can be used over pancakes, toast, and muffins.
