This Mission olive varietal is spectacular. It has a wonderful floral aroma followed up with smooth, ripe fruitiness, flavors of sweet almond, sweet, butter, and ripe apple.  It also has many fresh, spicy green flavors: fresh-cut grass, herbs, and a little green apple.  It has low bitterness and just the right amount of pungency. 

This medium EVOO works well with poultry, salads, soft cheeses, avocado toast, and mild fishes.​  It is great all purpose oil.
