The Ayvalik varietal is the most widely grown in Turkey.

It has a nice floral and fresh herbaceous aroma with a perfect balance of mild bitterness, strong fruitiness, and sharp pungency. There are flavors are both tropical and citrus notes.  The green flavors are complex with herbs, grass, artichoke, green apple, mint, cinnamon, and black pepper.

This mild EVOO is perfect for salad dressing, drizzled over fresh fruit, avocado toast, or ice cream, and used for dipping bread with one of our dipping blends.
