Native to Sicily this Biancolilla is a complex, beautiful varietal with very little bitterness and pungency. This EVOO has vegetal notes of artichoke, savory herb and pistachio.
This is a great example of a quality Italian EVOO.
This EVOO has a nice balance and is well rounded enough to go with just about anything.
