Paccari is a kind of pasta that combines perfectly with rich sauces.
Paccheri shapes may be stuffed with sausage and topped with a red wine
sauce. A garlic flavored white wine sauce may top Paccari stuffed with
porcini mushrooms. You can also pair this pasta to a classic “Bolognese
Ragout” or to a rich meat sauce.
Seafood is also a popular paring for Paccari: try them with a squid or a
swordfish ragout!
