This EVOO won Gold in the New York Olive Oil Competition.

This Coratina is a wonderfully robust oil with all of the typical flavors of the variety.  It has green, herbaceous qualities dominated by green almond, green banana, nettle, cinnamon, and black pepper.

This oil tastes very fresh and full bodied.  It is perfectly balanced with moderate bitterness, strong pungency, along with a strong aroma and fruitiness.

Use this wonderful EVOO with steak, lamb, pasta sauces, and bold cheeses.
