TartufLanghe’s name derives from the mind of one of the founders, Domenica Bertolusso. She joined the Italian word for truffle, tartufo, with the name of its origin territory, the Langhe area.
This cream is perfect to finish a risotto or pasta. It also pairs beautifully with an array of appetizers, glazing asparagus, or for basting vegetables. Try mixing it in with your next macaroni and cheese dish.
