This early harvest extra virgin olive oil is an instant favorite among green Picual fans. Its filled with classic sweet green tomato leaf and garden herb notes. Aromatic and complex, with very little bitterness and the perfect peppery finish on the back end.
Try this with your hummus, over baked veggies, or use it in baking. The creaminess of Chilean EVOOs adds that extra touch to baked goods.
