The seals on these traditional Italian balsamic vinegars signify grading levels; silver being the second highest quality, with a perfect balance of sweet and sour and harmonious hints of the wooden barrels used in aging. It has a very viscous body that pours very slowly which makes it perfect for drizzling out in small quantities.

This Aceto Balsamico with a Silver Seal is 18 years or older. The grades given by the Consortium are a guarantee of a minimum level of quality and allowed to use the nomination D.o.P. (Denominazione di Origine Protetta europea) which signifies the region in which they are made.  This is a rare delicacy and a connoisseur's balsamic.
