Processing Time

We typically ship orders within 1–2 business days after they’re received.
Please note that during peak holiday periods (November–December), processing times may extend to 4–5 business days due to high order volume.

Local Hawai‘i Orders

• FREE Shipping on orders $80+ up to $500 (arrives in 1–3 business days)

• Flat Rate $5.95 on orders under $80 (arrives in 1–3 business days)

Mainland U.S. Orders

• FREE Shipping on orders $80+ up to $500 (typically arrives in 5 business days, but may take up to 20 days depending on location)

• Flat Rate $10.00 on orders under $80

• Standard(3-4 business days): $19.00 flat rate

International Shipping

We also ship to Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Special Note for 750ml Bottles

750ml bottles are shipped via ground service unless standard(3-4 business days) is selected at checkout.
Because of their larger size and protective packaging, delivery times may vary based on destination.

Gift Box Shipping Transit Times

Local Gift Box shipping within Hawaii typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Gift Boxes Ground to the U.S. mainland generally takes about 5 business days, but shipping times may vary based on location and carrier transit times. For guaranteed 3-5 day shipping, standard priority is available at checkout. 

Island Olive Oil is not responsible for taxes or other fees related to international shipments.

If you are sending a gift to an international address, the recipient will be responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply.

Our products leave our store sealed and in flawless condition.  Although it's rare, products can be damaged in transit.  

Applicable Hawaii GET tax of 4.712% will be added as required by law.
