What a fantastic, classic green Nocellara olive oil! It is vibrant with a beautiful sweet, flowery, fresh-fruit and fresh-cut-grass aroma. This oil is well balanced with exceptional fruitiness, medium bitterness, and notable pungency. The flavor is spicy and herbal, with pronounced undertones of ripe tropical fruits, banana, and citrus, plus some characteristic butteriness and nuttiness that gives it a round, full-mouth feel. This green Nocellara has considerable fresh, herbaceous, green apple, mint, cinnamon, and grassy flavors. The finish is pleasant black pepper with a chili pepper zing. Perfetto!

This EVOO is great for salads, delicate flavors, or for dipping bread.   Pair it with one of our dipping blends or Balsamics!
