Made with White Pinot Grigio Grape Must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process, however it is not caramelized. The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness.

It is extremely adaptable, it can be used with any of our oils and can be used for a variety of uses.

Try making a nice vinaigrette for a  your salad, tossing with your steamed scallops or clams, drizzling on a fruit salad, or added to your water for a crisp, refreshing boost

Pairs well with mussels, clams, shallots, chicken, salmon, asparagus, potatoes, cabbage, scallops, mushrooms, parsley, spinach, garlic, and butter
