This oil combines the flavors of fresh, green cilantro with sweet onions.  It is wonderful with sautéed vegetables and great as a marinade for meat fish and poultry.  Make a cilantro and lime dressing, or add to your favorite curries, chicken tortilla soup, fish tacos, queso fresco, juevos rancheros with chorizo, or drizzle over your tortillas.

This oil is used frequently in Spanish, Southwestern, Caribbean meat dishes, and other ethnic dishes.

Pairs well with salsa, oregano, basil, parsley, lemon, lime, ginger, garlic, cumin, roasted chilies, corn, curry, beef, chicken, and fish.
