I’m thrilled to introduce myself — I’m Jennifer Hooks, the proud new owner of Island Olive Oil Company!

As a long-time fan and former manager of the Kailua location I am excited to continue to bring to you the highest quality and freshest extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars available. I couldn’t be more excited to carry forward the legacy of this beloved local business that Brian and Angel Foster have so lovingly created. When working in Kailua I fell in love with fresh olive oils and bold balsamic vinegars. I use them nearly every day, as cooking great food is one of my favorite hobbies. There's nothing I enjoy more than using our oils and balsamics to bring out the best in food and to create bold, unexpected flavors along the way. I can’t wait to continue to share in the many culinary delights our products bring to the table.

*All of our extra virgin olive oils are of the highest quality - chemically and sensory analyzed for taste, purity, freshness, and the highest standard available. By definition, an olive oil cannot be “extra virgin” if it is not first cold pressed, meaning the olives were only pressed once, and no heat was added during extraction, temperatures not to exceed 80.6° Fahrenheit.
