Crafted in Modena, Italy and inspired by rare lots of 18 Year Balsamico Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia, our condimento is aged up to 18 years and has everything you would expect in a world-class balsamic.  

It pairs beautifully with any of our EVOO’s for vinaigrettes, glazes or marinades.

Use is for dipping bread, over a Caprese salad, or marinating grilled Portobello’s.

Also try it drizzled over ice cream or with fresh fruits and berries like the Italians do.

Pairs well with Portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, polenta, buffalo mozzarella, pork, garlic, strawberries, and just about EVERYTHING!!
