Made with White Pinot Grigio Grape Must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process, however it is not carmelized. The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness.

It is extremely adaptable, it can be used with any of our oils and can be used for a variety of uses.
