Kapiolani Community College (KCC) Culinary Team recently won the gold medal at the American Culinary Federation’s (ACF) regional competition leading up to the national competition, this July in Orlando, Florida. The team will be creating a menu that uses IOOC’s products in a collaborative effort to additionally bolster sales to support the team this Saturday.
