Our medium-intensity Peranzana opens with aromas of herbaceous olive leaf, fresh-cut grass, green apple, green banana, and green tomato. It is harmonious and clean, with flavors of bitter artichoke and green almond and a pleasant spicy finish. Crushed in early October from under-ripe fruit, this EVOO is a unique early harvest example of competition-quality Italian perfection for drizzling over fish, pasta, and artisan bread.
