This medium and very herbaceous, early-harvest Frantoio olive oil has dominant flavors of fresh cut grass, mint and cinnamon. This oil is intensely fruity and pungent, and quite bitter as well. It has a strong herbal, chili pepper and black pepper aftertaste.
This is perfect for dipping bread, pastas, charcuterie, and a finishing oil for pasta and pizza.
