This medium oil has a wonderful perfumed, herbaceous, floral aroma and a very complex ripe and green olive fruit flavor combination.  It tastes of tropical fruit and ripe berries with an overriding zing of many different herbaceous flavors – especially fresh-cut-grass, green banana, mint, cinnamon, black pepper and chili pepper.  It is spicy, very fresh, and perfectly balanced.

Pairs well with poultry, roasted veggies, ice cream, pastries, soft cheeses, heartier fish, fresh herbs, and pizza.
