- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh mozzarella pearls
- Hawaiian sea salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 2–3 tablespoons premium mild to medium extra virgin olive oil
