From here, think of this as your guide, not a strict recipe, but a way to spark your own creativity in the kitchen.

We used crisp romaine lettuce as the base, but this salad is just as delicious with spinach, arugula, spring mix, or any greens you enjoy.

The blueberries add a pop of sweetness and a boost of antioxidants, though you can easily swap in strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries depending on what you love or have on hand.

The combination of feta, tomatoes, almonds, and grilled chicken creates a balance of creamy, fresh, crunchy, and satisfying, but feel free to mix it up. Add legumes or healthy grains such as quinoa to switch it up for meatless.

Add hemp hearts or chia seeds for extra healthy fats, toss in different nuts for crunch.

When it comes to dressing, keep it simple with a drizzle of blueberry balsamic and Coratina extra virgin olive oil in whatever amounts you like. Or, if you prefer, whisk them together to create a quick, flavorful dressing before pouring it over your salad.

At the end of the day, it’s your salad, have fun with it, use what you love, and enjoy creating something that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.
