Prepare the Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette or artisan loaf
  • 2–3 tablespoons Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Arbequina, Picual, or Coratina)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the baguette on a slight diagonal into ½-inch slices.
  3. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and lightly brush both sides with premium extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes, then flip each slice and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp around the edges.
  5. Allow the crostini to cool slightly before assembling your bruschetta.

Ingredients

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, Arbequina Olive Oil, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to rest for 10–15 minutes.

Spoon onto toasted baguette slices and finish with a drizzle of Italian Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar.


🤍 Tuscan Garlic Bruschetta

Whipped Garlic Goat Cheese

  • 4 oz plain goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon Arbequina Olive Oil
  • Toasted Baguette Slices
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Mix until smooth and creamy.

To Assemble

Spread the whipped garlic goat cheese onto toasted baguette slices.

Finish with your favorite premium extra virgin olive oil:

Garnish with flaky sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and fresh thyme, if desired.


💙 Blueberry & Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients

Directions

Spread plain goat cheese over the toasted baguette slices. Top with fresh blueberries and finish with a generous drizzle of Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar.

Garnish with fresh thyme and optional chopped pistachios or walnuts for added texture.

A great substitution for the fresh blueberries are strawberries and the strawberry dark balsamic for the blueberry dark balsamic.
