A fun and refreshing cocktail to celebrate your Momma this Mother's Day!

Peach Bellini (serves 4-6)

Ingredients
60 ml bottle Peach White Balsamic
2 peaches, pitted and skins removed

1 bottle chilled Prosecco or sparkling white wine of choice

Directions: Puree peaches, then add 1-2 tsp of puree per glass and 1 Tbsp peach balsamic to each glass.  Top with sparkling wine.
