Butter Olive Oil Garlic Herb Pasta
A quick, cozy recipe that comes together in minutes — and is easy to customize with your favorite veggies.
Ingredients:

1 cup dry pasta of choice

3 tbsp Butter Flavored Olive Oil

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp IOOC Italian Herb or Spicy Italian Dipping Blend

Grilled or roasted veggies of choice (we used grilled broccolini, grilled bell pepper, sautéed mushrooms, and quartered cherry tomatoes)

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: parmesan or vegan parmesan, Calabrian Chili, fresh parsley
Directions:

Cook pasta to al dente (about 7 minutes) and reserve ¼ cup pasta water.

In a pan, warm Butter Flavored Olive Oil over low-medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds (until fragrant). If using, add mushrooms to sauté with the garlic.

Add the dipping blend and sauté for about 15 seconds.

Toss in pasta, veggies, and a splash of pasta water to make it silky.

Grate parmesan or vegan parmesan and mix evenly.

Finish with fresh cracked black pepper, more dipping blend seasoning, or your favorite pasta topping.
